Our Facilities
We have two fully-equipped and staffed offices in New England. Our headquarters, located in Norton, Massachusetts, contains a state-of-the-art test kitchen, complete with seating for 30. This is the perfect environment for our team of chefs to present, train, and conduct demonstrations for our customers. Our satellite office is located in Manchester, Connecticut and includes a conference room, meeting room, and test kitchen.

Our management team is comprised of passionate, professional and sales-focused leaders with varied food service backgrounds. Through their years of experience and industry knowledge, we provide our manufacturers and customers with expert and targeted support. We are strategic, focused, and committed to excellence. We believe in empowering our team to make decisions and take risks.
Mark LaCasse President
I Purchased MAP Food Service from “The Legend” Jack Scott in July of 2019, 9 short months before a global shutdown. We have been through so much together over the past 5 years. I am proud to say, The Team at MAP personifies the old saying “What doesn’t kill you, makes you Stronger.” The Team here is the best in the industry!
Hard to believe it’s been almost 45 years since I started my career in Foodservice. In that time, I have worked in almost every segment of this great industry. That being said, the Broker Agency is the glue that holds it all together.
My wife Erin and I have raised our two amazing daughters Taylor and Maddie in the suburbs of Boston, but I will always consider myself a “City Kid” from Brighton. My upbringing and family have provided me with the tools to take challenges head on and win! People that know me know I hate losing far more than I like winning.
In my spare time, I like to spend time with Erin and the girls, friends, and family. Enjoying a bourbon on our front deck in Scituate. I’m also back playing a little golf after years of coaching the girls. Life is pretty good!
Jim Cadogan Vice President Business Development
Graduate of Salem State University. Spent my entire career in the brokerage business both large and small companies. I have always had a love of sports and played many growing up including Basketball and golf that I played at the collegiate level.
My stay at MAP has been excellent and I look forward to more great years. I’ve been happily married to Juliann and we are lucky to have 3 great daughters: Caileen, Bridget & Maeve. We are complete with our dog Cooper!
Scott Tassinari Business Manager
A 20-year veteran at MAP Food Service with 22 years of foodservice experience.
Scott attended Merrimack College and has a degree in Marketing. Scott has some retail experience as a 16-year veteran of Market Basket, the top retail chain/grocer in New England.
Scott also has a 20-year-old daughter, Mia, who is attending UNH. Scott enjoys golf, music, and attending concerts.

Our support team
We understand the complexities involved with being an independent food broker. From routing samples to providing literature, to consistent and reliable follow-up, MAP Foodservice recruits the best inside sales, sales management, and customer service pros in the industry. We understand the need for great communication and our team goes the extra mile to ensure our manufacturer partners are represented professionally. Our office is equipped with the systems and structure necessary to ensure our customers are happy and successful.
Cathy Beaudry CT Office Manager
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition. After college I worked as a dietary manager for a large city hospital, after that I worked for a local foodservice distributor. I also worked as an outside sales rep for a competitive foodservice broker. I realized outside sales was not for me and have been in customer service for the past 30 plus years, most of those years have been with MAP Food Service. I have seen a lot of changes in the industry over the years and find this job to be both demanding and rewarding.
I spend my “off hours” with my husband Michael, who is in the foodservice industry as well. Michael and I love cooking together, he is a great cook and I enjoy baking. Together we have enjoyed some wonderful meals and great company with both family and friends.
I also enjoy travelling and have had the opportunity to visit different European countries as well as several states in the US. Chicago is one of my favorite cities to visit.
Darlene Latimer MA Office Manager
I am a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative and Office Manager. I have been with MAP for 23 years and in the food service industry for 37 years. I love what I do. In my spare time I love to hang out with my husband, son, daughter-in-law, grandson and granddaughter. Watching my grandson play hockey is my biggest joy in life. I enjoy watching sports, especially my Boston Bruins. I love to go to concerts, go for rides on our motorcycle, go camping with my family, go fishing on our boat, and traveling. I live for summer, the hotter the better.
Brittany America Customer Service
I am a Customer Service / Inside sales Representative. I have worked in the food industry for 7 years. I love working with customers and distributors to help them with all and any needs they may have. I have a husband and three children that keep me very busy. I love to watch my son and nephews play hockey any chance I can get. Fall is my favorite weather to do all activities with my family. I also love to bake because I am a junk food junkie!
