Creamy Crab Sensations Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
16 oz. Crab Sensations, chopped |
4 green onions, chopped |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
Swiss Cheese ( Or your favorite cheese) |
Thick Sliced Sourdough bread |

Directions
- Butter the outsides of each piece of bread. Set aside.
- Combine crab sensations, onions, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
- Spread crab mixture on one piece of bread, completely filling it.
- Evenly place cheese on the other piece of bread.
- Fold into a sandwich. Grill it in a frying pan over medium heat until bread is crispy and golden brown.
